1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 90bdt ("the Platform", " We", "Our", "Us") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at https://90bdt.club (the "Site"). • Using the 90bdt brand, logo, or content without prior written authorisation for any commercial purpose

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 90bdt support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, 90bdt will process the withdrawal of any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and pending wagering conditions being met. Bonus balances that have not cleared wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary time-out or a longer-term self-exclusion. • Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (see dormant account policy below)
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18

8.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). Prior to applying a dormancy fee, 90bdt will send a notification to the registered email address with at least 30 days' notice. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. 9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded under applicable law. 90bdt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 90bdt account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
